Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Invora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Invora.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Paid plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform; no automated scraping beyond what our robots.txt permits; no using Invora to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain all rights to the invoice content, logos, and data you upload. You grant Invora a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service. The Invora brand, code, and design remain the property of Invora and its licensors.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Invora is a tool for generating invoices; it is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invora's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and you may close your account at any time from your Settings page.
