Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

Invora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Invora invoicing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or use our contact forms. We also collect invoice data (client details, line items, totals) that you enter into the builder, as well as uploaded logos and signatures stored in your private storage space.

How we use your information

Your information is used to provide and improve the Invora service — creating invoices, managing clients and products, generating PDFs, and sending email notifications. We analyze usage patterns in aggregate to improve features and performance. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data storage and security

All data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security (RLS), meaning your records are isolated from other users. Files such as logos and signatures are stored in private buckets accessible only to your account. We use industry-standard TLS for data in transit.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may use anonymized analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

You can access, edit, or delete your account and associated data at any time from your Settings page. If you wish to export or permanently delete all personal data, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.

Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please use the Contact link on our website or email us at privacy@invora.app.

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
