1. Create your first invoice
Open the Invoice Builder from the dashboard. Add your client, line items, tax rate, and due date. The live preview on the right updates as you type — no refresh needed.
2. Pick a template & branding
Choose from 14 professional layouts (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Ribbon, Wave, Sidebar, Split, Grid, Stamp and more). Upload your logo, set an accent color, add a watermark, and pick a font.
3. Save clients & products
Add clients and reusable products once — auto-fill them on future invoices in a click. Everything lives in Clients and Products in the sidebar.
4. Configure defaults in Settings
Set paper size (A4/Letter/Legal), orientation, currency, default tax region (including India GST with CGST/SGST/IGST split), signature image, and payment QR code.
5. Download as PDF & send
Hit Download PDF to export a print-perfect file. Change status between Draft, Sent, Paid, Pending, Overdue as you get paid.
